Dr. Sonia Byfield-Layne holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Policy and Administration, with a concentration in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from Walden University. She earned a Masters in Public Administration with a specialized focus in Financial Management from Long Island University, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Business Management from CUNY-College of Staten Island.
